No, we don’t accept cash or cheques. All services must be paid online using a Credit/Debit card or via an invoice sent. We can take card details over the phone, or you can enter them when booking a clean online. Our staff will not accept cash or checks.

It is entirely up to you whether you wish to be present at home when we are window cleaning. When you book through the website or APP, one of the questions will give us details about entry instructions. The day before the service, you will receive a reminder email to ensure we are all on the same page.

No. Our family business is not franchised. There’s just one owner/operator, and if you have any issues or questions, there’s one point of call.

The time it takes for your carpet to dry depends on the weather. Airflow, temperature and humidity all have an effect. Usually, carpet remains slightly damp for between 4 to 8 hours. However, this can vary.

You should avoid walking on the carpet after professional cleaning for at least 4 to 6 hours or until it dries completely. But if you must walk on it, you can do so wearing clean socks. We recommend keeping kids and pets off the carpet for at least 6 hours.

This all depends on how long the stain has been on the carpet and what type of carpet it is. Some stains are impossible to completely remove, but we will do our best.

Yes, small furniture like coffee tables and bedsides will be moved and professionally cleaned under it.

For health and safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture. Should the customer wish to have the area behind or under heavy furniture cleaned, they must arrange for the moving of the furniture.

Please note if we move the furniture we will leave it out of place so the area it belongs to can dry.
